This is great for someone who needs a thorough face and head based session. I combine massage, lymphatic drainage, and intra-oral massage to effectively work out congestion and stagnation in your face and head. It's a game changer for those who suffer from migraines, frequent sinus infections, TMJ dysfunction, and many other issues.

This is the traditional Vodder Method of lymphatic drainage. This is a great service for those who manage things like: chronic stress, lymphedema, migraines, fibromyalgia, and many other issues. The Vodder Method uses very light pressure (think of the weight of placing a nickel on your skin -IT IS THAT LIGHT!) If you are looking for the kind of lymphatic drainage that will also give you some body contouring, please book a Brazilian lymphatic drainage session. If you have muscular issues and/or tightness, please book either a therapeutic or deep tissue massage.

This is a great session for someone who wants all the benefits of a traditional lymphatic drainage massage with the added benefit of manual body contouring. If you have never had Brazilian lymphatic drainage before and are really interested in the body contouring aspect, I recommend getting a 90-minute session instead of a 60-minute session since you may have some fascial adhesions that need to be broken down in order to get the best results. You can also prep your body for even better results by starting off with 30 minutes in my sauna blanket prior to your Brazilian Lymphatic Drainage. What are the benefits of this? The heat helps to increase your circulation and relax your muscles which helps with the movement of your lymphatic fluid during your massage. **Please remember that depending on what your goals are, you will most likely need to do more than one session in order to effectively treat your issue.

This session is specific for those who have recently had a cosmetic procedure or other surgeries (i.e. tummy tuck, liposuction, breast augmentation, BBL, hip replacement, knee replacement, etc.) and are doing lymphatic drainage to help with post-surgery care. Post-op care is different than regular lymphatic drainage sessions because depending on where you are on your healing journey, you may need different approaches to make sure you heal properly.
