Hi! My name is Nicole Gordon. I am a licensed massage therapist and lymphatic drainage specialist. I offer therapeutic and deep tissue massage, lymphatic drainage (Vodder Method and Brazilian), intra-oral massage, and non-invasive body contouring. CANCELLATION POLICY
Things happen, I totally understand. I just ask that you please let me know as soon as possible that you will not be able to make it for your appointment. The 30% cancelation fee will be waived for all clients who see me on a regular basis. If it is a last-minute cancelation due to sickness, car issues, etc., I WILL NOT charge you a cancelation fee. Life happens and I always tell my clients that the last thing you should worry about is your massage. If for some reason you get charged a Cancelation Fee, I will credit you that amount towards your next session. I want to mention that while I am very lenient with cancelations, REPEAT cancelations will result in your inability to book services through my online booking site, and you will need to reach out to me directly to book your appointments. Please keep in mind that you will be limited to booking same day appointments only.
