CANCELLATION POLICY

Life happens, and I completely understand that plans change. To hold your appointment, a deposit is required at the time of booking for first-time clients. Here's how it works: Rescheduling with 24+ hours' notice: Your deposit transfers to your new appointment. Deposits may be transferred one time. A second change or a reschedule will result in the deposit being retained. Canceling with 24+ hours' notice: Your deposit is fully refunded. Canceling or rescheduling with less than 24 hours' notice, or not showing: Your deposit is retained to cover the time reserved exclusively for you. You're welcome to rebook anytime - however, a new deposit will be required. How to reach me: Cancellations and reschedules must be sent by text or phone call. A missed call without a message does not count as notice. Notice is based on when your message is sent, not when I see it. Before you book: Please complete your intake forms within 24 hours of booking, and no later than 48 hours before your appointment. If you have any medical conditions or are unsure whether this work is right for you, check with your healthcare provider BEFORE booking - and I'm always happy to help and answer questions you have ahead of time. I may waive fees at my own discretion in genuine emergencies, but this is never guaranteed - please plan around the 24-hour window.
